With the and rapid development of our VVEINI brand, we VVEINIers realize that the previous brand performance has certain limitations, and we need to make timely adjustments to make a blueprint norms for long-term and sustainable development.
At the beginning of the 2022, when the full integration of R&D, production, design service, management and operation laid a solid foundation for the company’s future development, our founder, Mr. Li Xingtao, and the senior executives made long-term strategic planning for the brand development and the enterprise.
After half-a-year’s survey of many brands in the paneling industry in China, we re-examined our status quo and made substantial changes in market positioning, product focus, and service differentiation, etc. As we are clear about the company’s strategic goals, we started a six-month brand renewal journey. After a series of meetings and discussions, we reached an agreement with a professional brand consulting company that the brand is more than a beautified visual symbol and it should be able to convey to the market the brand propositions and attitudes in a simple, clear yet effective way. The core values of VVEINI are Love and Care. We love and care the earth and the environment, so we focus on utilizing and developing eco-friendly products and striving for a sustainable future. We love and care the less fortunate, offering them help and giving back to society as much as we can. We also love and care the society, so we set up a love calendar. There will be specific love actions on the National Day for the Disabled, the International Day of the Blind, and the World Day of the Disabled. Our volunteer work for and donation to the community has become routine. Our founder is very keen to do charity work, he has, and done his best to help the vulnerable groups.

02 Market Positioning – Focusing on Products
The wall panel has always been an independent category, which is the best choice among decoration walls. With various materials, styles and quality in the market, the wall panels in the market are rich enough for people to select the ones that match their decorative styles best. Besides, the wall panels can match well the colors and textures of other products in the same space.
Years ago, professional wall panel brands were influenced by the ceiling brand promotion [integrated ceilings] and customized home furnishing brand promotion [high-end whole house decoration] and began to promote [integrated ceiling] and [high-end whole house decoration]. But in fact, they were unable to have a full integration of ceiling and high-end whole house decoration. In essence, wall panel brands can only provide panel products and services.
